When will the symposium take place?

The Symposium will commence on Thursday 19th January 2023 from 11am to 6pm and on Friday 20th January 2023 from 11am to 6pm

Where will the symposium take place?

The Symposium will take place in Room JG0002 at the Penrhyn Road Campus. 

Will there be seats available?

Yes, there will be seats available in Room JG0002.

Will there be toilets available?

Yes, there is a toilet right opposite the room and then there will be other toilets available in both the Main Building and John Galsworthy building.

Will there be food and drinks available?

Yes, there will be food available.

Will the Symposium event be available to view online and where will I be able to access this?

Yes, it will be available online, where it can be accessed on canvas.  

How long will the Symposium last? 

There will be two sessions each on both days and one session will last for 2 hours whereas the other session will run for 4 hours. 

Is the event accessible for wheelchair users?

Yes, there are lifts that can be used to access the building.
